[Something isn't quite right. There was the rusted and deteriorating ship, the ocean, and that island they were all trying to get to. This room doesn't fit into any of those locations. Furthermore, someone is missing. Someone he'd been doing everything in his power to keep with him. Raoul fumbles in his pocket for his communicator, and curses when he finds it isn't there. It must have fallen out of his pocket at some point during the fight with that monster. There's only one thing to do then: find her himself.

And so Raoul wandered around the Keep, looking for a certain soprano. Anyone who sees him might note that his eyes are entirely black, but they'll probably notice the open bleeding wounds first. Please stop him and tell him to find a goddamn doctor.]

[There is only one thing Raoul and Erik have in common: they are both thinking of Christine. She is safely tucked away in the confines of his room and he is out and about looking for a proper piano. He spies Raoul out of the corner of his eye and has to do a double take.

What in the world happened to him?

Let's follow him and find out! Oh no was that a flash of black cape you saw, Raoul?]

[Elegante happened, that's what.

After everything that's happened, Erik is the least of Raoul's worries-- okay, that's a lie, but he's less worrying. He is trying to keep an eye out for anyone he knows, or at least saw recently on the top deck, so he turns when he catches a bit of movement in the corner of his eye. Who's there?]

[Sorry Raoul. You won't be seeing our ghostly friend. Not until you move again, at least. He hasn't gotten used to stalking from the Keep shadows yet.]

[Okay then. Raoul takes a second to readjust his hand against the most prominent gash that cut along his side. It's not very deep or lethal, and the bleeding has slowed. It stings, though, and Raoul grimaces at the renewed pain at the movement. With that, he's on his way again, hoping to find someone soon.]

[The Opera Ghost is on the trail! He follows Raoul as closely as he dares. If Raoul were to ever turn around, he might catch Erik ducking out of sight just in time.]

[When Hawke sees Raoul he immediately assumes that the man is a noble judging by his clothing. Normally Hawke doesn't particularly care for most nobles and is happy to just let them be unless they are in desperate need of his help. However he can't help but notice that the man in wandering around bleeding everywhere. That probably counts as needs his help.

Hawke rushes over.]

Now I'm not doctor but you might want to get those looked at.

[The end of everything as you know it is no reason to be dressed sloppily if you can help it.]

I will as soon as I find who I'm looking for.

[Raoul is pretty sure he hasn't seen this guy before, and he doesn't look like he was just engaged in a fight with a world eating best. Curiouser and curiouser.]

[Then Hawke notices the man's eyes. Entirely black. That's a tad bit off-putting. This guy should really see a doctor.]

Oh just the end of the world apparently. We're being kept here until ever so gracious Deoir can fix everything.

[That's some heavy sarcasm right there.]

[...well, when you put it like that, it sounds like a good idea, but Raoul and good ideas don't really go together.

Okay, there's something new in the "the world you know and everyone in it is gone" deal?]

Oh? Is Deior a friend of the captain?

[Bleeding on everything, creepy-eyed, French, and talking nonsense to boot. You sure know how to find them, Hawke.]

[Why does Hawke always find the weird ones? It's like some kind of sixth sense for him or something.]

Captain?

[The only captain that Hawke knows about is Jack, and he can't exactly see those two drinking tea together.]

Pirates don't exactly seem his type.

No, Captain Redd - our worlds were consumed by The End, so he took the survivors on his ship, destined for the Golden Shore.

I suppose this isn't it, then?

[Hawke stares at him for a few moments.]

So are you just normally crazy or is this from all the blood loss?

[Sure he's heard some weird things since coming here but that just makes no damn sense.]

[Just wait til Raoul tells him about the crazy masked man that stalks him and his girlfriend.]

I'm not crazy.

[It's a weak argument, but he's tired, in pain, worried about Christine, confused about this turn of events, and not terribly concerned about explaining the last year of his life and why it happened to someone he doesn't know.]

No of course not, you're just bleeding profusely and going on about magic captains.

[Hawke is such an understanding guy when it comes to people.]

[Why do you gotta be like that. Where would Raoul get wounded like this if not in a heroic fight against some horrible world ending monster?]

There's the infirmary in the Great Hall, or you can use your journal to find one. It'll probably be easier to find whoever you're looking for with that too instead of bleeding all over the place.

Where is the Great Hall?

[Because, you know, Raoul left his journal in his room. At least he can probably follow the blood trail to find out where he came from, provided no one cleans it up.]

[Raoul you are just so bad at adventuring.]

[Of course he is. No respectable noble would be caught dead going on an adventure. What do you think this is, the Dark Ages?]

[With that, Raoul starts to limp off. Hawke is free to go his own way or follow along and make sure he doesn't pass out or anything. Or make fun of his accent. Whatever floats his boat.]

[Hawke will just conveniently go in Raoul's direction because, well he'd feel a tad guilty if Raoul bled out before he got there but he doesn't need to know that.]
